Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Sarees.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size, color, or design mismatch
  1. Once the returned saree is picked up and quality-checked, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Sarees must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Items should be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, ironing, alterations, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Customized, stitched, or made-to-order sarees are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in color, print, or weaving due to lighting or craftsmanship are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
